The Saudi National Society for Human Rights condemns the Qatari authorities for freezing the assets of Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali al-Thani and Sheikh Sultan bin Suhaim and violating their private property. It stresses that it is important to guarantee the rights of those who work there and not harming them and to ensure that they keep in contact with their families. Besides, the Society has added that punitive measures including violations of human rights against persons or those who work because of their political positions from the Qatari crisis violate international human rights agreements.
