The National Society for Human Rights has launched the “Our Children Are a Trust” initiative, which aimed at providing social and psychological support to orphaned children to help them become active members in society. This initiative aligns with the Society’s commitment to supporting children’s rights and enhancing their integration into the community.

The initiative was launched in celebration of Founding Day, in collaboration with the Charity Association for Orphan Care (Ensan) and Diriyah Company. Besides, it has included visits to historical sites in the At-Turaif district of Diriyah Governorate, allowing participants to explore the cultural and historical heritage of the region,that includes the history of the ruling family starting with the founder, Imam Muhammad bin Saud. The initiative has also featured visual presentations and informative sessions for the participating orphaned children about the history of Saudi Arabia, as well as a visit to the Arabian horse exhibition. These activities contributed to enhancing their cultural and intellectual awareness.

For more illustration, through this initiative, the National Society for Human Rights aims to improve the quality of life for orphaned children, raise their awareness of their rights, and provide them with social and psychological support, fostering their sense of belonging and participation in society.
