The National Society for Human Rights has welcomed the ratification on the International Labour Convention on child labor and has considered it an important step to determine the minimum age of the children enrolled in work in the various fields. It has also stressed the need to activate and put it into effect.

Besides, the Society has welcomed the Council of Ministers’ approval on the amendment of Article (4) of the prison and detention system. For more illustration, in the crimes affecting the national security, the minister will be allowed to order  the issuance of a permit regarding the name of the prisoner or detainee in any of these crimes and their data and information.
