on Tuesday, 03/05/1435 AH, corresponding to 04/03/2014 AD, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud – may Allah protect him, will open the Riyadh International Book Fair 2014 which is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information and  represented by the Deputy Ministry for Cultural Affairs. The National Society for Human Rights will participate in the fair through its awareness and educational corner where a brief introduction will be presented about the Society, its objectives, vision and mission of human rights as well as the mechanism for dealing with the complaints and grievances through cooperating with the relevant authorities to take action on them. Moreover, it will also give its leaflets, brochures and human rights publications to the visitors and will answer their questions .

It is worth mentioning that the fair is one of the largest cultural festivals which is visited by more than a million visitors a year .
