On Wednesday 04/11/1444 AH corresponding to 24/05/2032 AD, His Excellency the Chairman of the Society (NSHR) Counselor Khalid bin Abdul Rahman Al-Fakhri, and a number of its members including Dr. Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Shraideh, the supervisor of the Qassim branch, Mr. Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Shraideh, the acting director of the Qassim branch, and the members of the advisory board of the Society’s branch in Qassim including Mr. Bader bin Saleh Al-Wahaibi, Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Wabli, Mr. Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Dowayan, Dr. Saud bin Hamad Al-Saqri, have visited the State Security Prison in Qassim region. They were received by: His Excellency the Director General of Qassim Investigations, His Excellency the Director of the State Security Prison, His Excellency the Assistant Director of the prison, and a number of officers and employees of the administration.

At the beginning of the visit, they have shed light on some related topics, and met with the inmates and listened to them about the programs and initiatives offered to them, including the time management program, sports programs and the halls that were dedicated to studying in the university stage inside the prison in cooperation with Qassim University, through which the inmate can complete his higher studies. They have also reviewed the professions practiced by inmates inside the prison in several fields including media and television production, crafts and the various arts.
