The National Society for Human Rights has praised the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, and the judge to suspend the implementation of judicial rulings related to the debtor’s imprisonment in cases of private rights and to suspend the implementation of judgments issued in vision and visitation cases.

The Chairman of the Society, Dr. Muflih Bin Rabian Al-Qahtani, has asserted that this supreme human initiative comes within the framework of the state’s unremitting efforts to combat and prevent the outbreak of the Cronavirus. Besides, it will have other positive effects, foremost among which are the accession of these prisoners to their families during this exceptional period and the support it represents for the humanitarian aspects of their family members as well as the ability it provides of some of these prisoners to arrange their families and communicate with their creditors to help find solutions to some of their cases.

Finally, the Chairman of the Society has stressed the importance of coordination between the competent authorities to ensure that this noble and generous order is put into practice.
