On the occasion of the 94th National Day, the Chairman of the National Society for Human Rights, Mr.Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Fakhri, congratulates the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – as well as the Saudi people.

Al-Fakhri says: “On this day, we recall the epic of monotheism, which was the starting point and the process of building inherited by generations in the Kingdom to build a modern state based on strong and solid foundations. The Kingdom during this period has assumed the leading seat in many fields.” He has also shed light on the achievements and transformations witnessed by the Kingdom under the wise leadership in many areas related to human rights, as a result of which many human rights reforms, policies and regulatory procedures were achieved. Those changes came as a result of the qualitative amendments witnessed by many regulations, foremost of which are those related to the protection and promotion of human rights, which have had a great impact on improving the human rights situation.

Moreover, the Chairman of the National Society for Human Rights has stressed that the celebration of this occasion comes as a culmination of a process of construction and continuous work through which the Kingdom has achieved a comprehensive economic renaissance. This renaissance has contributed in raising the standard of human living in the Kingdom in addition to sustainable development projects that made it in the ranks of developed countries. The adoption of the values of tolerance, peaceful coexistence and moderation between different cultures and religions, had also a great impact on consolidating a culture of mutual respect between followers of different religions and sects, as well as the efforts that were exerted by the Kingdom and the permanent support and tireless and continuous efforts so as to maintain security, peace and stability at the regional and international levels.
