The National Society for Human Rights strongly condemns the heinous terrorist bombing which targeted worshipers at Friday prayers, 4/8/1436 AH, at a mosque in the town of Qudayh in the Governorate of Qatif, describing those who stand behind such act as criminals who violated the right to life and the sanctity of infallible blood.

Though the Society denounces such heinous act that aims to dismantle the national unity, destabilize its historical social balance and push it into a set of sustainable chaos, it has confidence that the competent authorities will bring those who stand behind this heinous crime to justice.

The Chairman of the National Society for Human Rights, Dr. Mufleh Rubaian Al-Qahtani, has said, commenting on this vicious attack, that we express our deep sympathy and offer our condolences to the families of the victims and we wish the injured speedy recovery. Besides, we denounce that criminal act which aims to violate the right to security enjoyed by the people of the Kingdom and its residents. He adds saying that those who are behind such act will not succeed in affecting the Saudi people’s unity and the coherence and cohesion of their social spirit as the awareness of the community will combat those terrorists who are stripped of their faith and their humanity, and trying to destabilize the Kingdom’s security, stability and safety of its citizens.
