We are celebrating our National Day in Saudi Arabia enjoying the highest standards of the right to security which is considered the base in protecting and promoting the rest of the other human rights as there are no rights without security. For more illustration, we find the traumatic events are plaguing our region and constitute flagrant violations for human rights and unfortunately we find the extremists and the benefited nations and individuals support these violations and fueled them ignoring the Kingdom’s positive contributions in supporting the rights of the peoples of those countries that suffer from lack of the right to security.

Besides, the safety and security, enjoyed by the Kingdom as it celebrates its eighty fourth national day, highlight the importance of continuing to protect and promote human rights in our country and raise awareness among the citizens and officials alike.

Moreover, there are challenges faced by those concerned with human rights in our country in order to spread human rights culture among citizens and those who are in charge. However, the unlimited support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and the Crown Prince, Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz concerning the subject of human rights in our country, makes us welcome our national days with more hope and ambition in achieving further progress in the area of empowering the citizens and all those who are staying on this blessed land of their rights.  This will be through dealing positively with the regulations and instructions related to the provision of services and empowerment of rights and fighting against intolerance and extremism as well as seeking joint cooperation and coordination for the welfare and progress of our country in the light of cohesion and solidarity between the people and leadership.
