The Purpose of the Memo:

The right to work and to live a decent life are from the human rights that the Society is working to promote and protect them. Regarding the Society’s interest in promoting these rights and from the social role provided by the non-profit Company of Abdul Latif Jameel and through Abdul Latif Jameel Community Services Programs “Bab Rizq Jameel” (BRJ), they worked on providing  rehabilitation, developmental  and financing programs that are suitable for young Saudi men and women, which contribute to the creation of new job opportunities for these young people on the one hand and the development of the domestic economic output of the Kingdom on the other.

The Memo includes that both parties have to facilitate the right to work for the needy as the Society should nominate those who need to work to the program and this should be through studying the possibility of financing the projects and sectors of goods and services funded by the program, whether  literal or commercial facilities or other facilities or activities that contribute to creating job opportunities for young men and women, and contribute to local economic output for the Kingdom.

The program also provides the vocational guidance to all the entrepreneurs that are funded  and nominated by the Society and through the cooperation with the specialists in the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training. In addition, the scientific and practical experiences are being exchanged between the two parties regarding the projects, workshops and training courses of the beneficiaries of this Memorandum of Understanding. The Society also, within the limits of its capabilities, is helping the owners of the programs that are funded by the Project so as to facilitate the procedures of their registration in the governmental authorities and obtain the necessary licenses according to their activity.
