On Monday 22/05/1440 AH, the Chairman of the National Society for Human Rights, Dr. Muflah Rabiean Al-Qahtani,has received the Counselor at the Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom, Mr. Katsutoshi Ishikawa, in the presence of the Member of the Society, Counselor Khalid Abdulrahman Al Fakhri. The Chairman has welcomed the visiting guest and explained to him the activities of the Society. They have also discussed a number of human rights issues.
